This no non-sense home gets you in Sunland and on the river at a great value. You've never seen stars like you will here, the Milky Way looks like a cloud that stretches across the sky. Smores around the firepit in the backyard are sure to be a hit with young and old. The front deck is always drenched in sun and boasts an amazing view the basalt canyon walls.

The space

This little place is our piece of heaven. Is it a huge, fancy house? No. We spend very little time in the home, most of our time is spent in the great outdoors including our wonderful backyard. Campfire under the stars is one of our favorite things to do.

Additional notes

$65 Damage waiver fee is non-refundable and covers guest for up to $500 in accidental damage coverage. Guests are liable for all intentional damage.

Guest interaction

We are often in Sunland even when our home is booked. Typically we stop in and say hi to make sure everything is OK. With COVID we likely won't be stopping by unless you need something.

Neighborhood overview

Sunland is a small community where everything is within walking distance.
The park, river, pool, store, and restaurant with outdoor seating.

Getting around

The general store with coffee and Phoenix pizza are just around the block. The pool, park and river are just a short walk. The closest boat launch is about a half mile away. The Gorge Amphitheater is about a 5 mile drive.
